Early diagnosis and treatment of sleep apnea is important because it may be associated with irregular heartbeat, high blood pressure, heart attack and stroke. Left untreated, sleep apnea can lead to more serious conditions.

An overnight stay in a comfortable hospital room is all it takes for technicians to monitor heart and brainwaves and airflow. Throughout the night a dedicated technician will be present to monitor the tests while you sleep comfortably. Tests results will be promptly sent to your physician within 72 hours of the test.

As a result of sound sleep, patients notice a big improvement in their quality-of-life. Patients have more energy and can do more.

Sleep Diagnostic Services is now available at both the Dobbs Ferry and Andrus locations. The quiet and comfortable sleep center rooms are open to residents throughout the tri-state area with a doctor referral. The staff handles all the paperwork for the patients before testing, including pre-certification with most medical insurances.
