HIV Primary Care Services

Our team offers primary care support services and referrals for those patients who are HIV positive at The HOPE Center in Yonkers.

Through our State and Federal funding, we offer additional support services to our patients living with HIV such as specialized Care Management and Medication Adherence services to our patients. These support services include assistance with establishing and maintaining insurance coverage, financial benefits, specialty medical care, transportation, medication adherence and limited Psychiatric and Mental Health services.
