Alcoholism Treatment and Training Center and Behavioral Health Services – Substance Use Treatment Programs are designed for those seeking education, support, and treatment for participants, loved ones, and anyone else impacted by substance use.

HOPE (Healthcare Opportunities Provided with Excellence) Center: As a NYS DOH Patient Centered Medical Home (PCMH) we are committed to providing comprehensive primary and specialty medical care in a respectful, inclusive, compassionate, and trusting manner. Services included General Primary Care as well as specialized HIV,  Hepatitis C and PrEP care and treatment.

HYI – As part of our commitment to community health, we participate in and have taken a leadership role in the Healthy Yonkers Initiative, a community wide partnership aimed at addressing community health concerns of the highest priority.
