Our concern for the community includes outreach services including organized free testing, education presentations collaborating with community partners and grassroots events throughout Yonkers & Mount Vernon.

Community Based Services

HIV and Hepatitis C Rapid Testing

Our Prevention Program offers free 20-minute rapid HIV testing at different locations and via a mobile van in the community to individuals who do not know their HIV/Hepatitis C status.

We also assist with connecting you to preventive services such as PrEP/PEP, HIV and Hepatitis C (Hep C) medical care, and/or other community resources.

Education Presentations and Community Events

Our Prevention team collaborates with many community partners by providing HIV/Hep C education, prevention tools, and free testing at their sites.

We also participate in many local community events to educate and connect individuals to community resources.
