St. John’s Riverside Hospital Employee Health Department is supporting the Yonkers Chamber of Commerce annual Pajama Program.  The Pajama Program provides new pajamas and books to children in need; boys and girls ages 4-17.

St. John's Riverside Hospital's Holistic Care Department is offering Qigong.  This is a three week class meeting Wednesday, October 10th, 17th, and 24th, 2012 from 5:15pm – 7:15pm.

The Institute for Health Education and Research at St. John’s Riverside Hospital, in association with Reeham Z. Neshiwat, PhD of Westchester Coder Inc., is offering a Certified Medical Billing and Coding Program.  Classes will be Monday and Wednesday for five weeks from 5:00pm – 10:00pm beginning Tuesday, October 1, 2012.

St. John's Riverside Hospital is sponsoring a National Point and Insurance Reduction Class.  This two day class will be held on Tuesday, October 9, 2012 and Wednesday, October 10, 2012 from 5pm - 8pm.

St. John’s Riverside Hospital’s Pastoral Care Department under the auspices of The HealthCare Chaplaincy will be a host for Clinical Pastoral Education (CPE).  Clinical Pastoral Education (CPE) is an experience-based form of learning that teaches the art and science of pastoral care.  The extended-unit CPE program is open to seminarians, clergy, members of religious orders, and laity.

St. John’s Riverside Hospital will be offering a community education program on Hepatitis C for patients, family, and friends.  The Hepatitis C Community Education Program is a chance to become more informed while sharing any concerns or fears.
